A typical home inspection will take anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on factors like:
-Age of dwelling
-Size of dwelling
-Condition of dwelling
We encourage all clients to arrive closer to the end of the inspection and reserve all questions for the end. As many questions throughout the inspection can lead to a longer process. We will walk through any major concerns on site at the end of the inspection and a detailed report will be delivered the same day for reference and review
